MARC H. RADASKY

Managing Partner

Marc H. Radasky is the Managing Partner of Clarity Capital, LLC an independent investment firm making control-oriented buyout investments of middle market companies primarily located in the Midwestern United States.  Prior to founding Clarity Capital, Marc was the Executive Chairman and President & CEO of Columbia Packaging Group (CPG), an integrated manufacturing and distribution company specializing in polyethylene film, sheets, and bags.  Under Marc’s leadership, CPG made significant investments in polyethylene manufacturing and completed acquisitions in California, Ohio, Texas, Kansas and Missouri.   Marc has led value creative initiatives to increase growth and improve safety, culture, cost structure and the employee experience.  Previously, Marc worked with Congressman Sam Graves as the Congressman’s principle foreign policy & international affairs advisor, as well as the staff director for the Congressman’s House Small Business Subcommittee chairmanship; and, served on multiple campaigns, including President George W. Bush’s 2004 reelection.

Marc received a B.A. in History from Hamilton College, his M.A. in Statecraft and National Security Affairs from The Institute of World Politics, his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and is currently earning his GMP from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.  Currently, Marc serves on the Children’s Mercy Hospital Mercy Research Partners, the Institute of World Politics Board of Advisors and is also active in the community through his support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Kauffman Scholars Mentor Program.  He was named to Ingram’s 40 Under Forty Class of 2018.  Marc and his family live in Prairie Village, KS.
